Frontier Customers Need Help?


Have you experienced service and/or billing problems—ranging from Internet and phone outages to on-demand services—with Frontier Communications (which recently took over Verizon in Florida)? The Florida Public Service Commission does not have regulatory authority over Frontier Communications, due to a 2011 legislative regulatory change, so we do not take telecommunications complaints. To assist you, here is information on how to contact your Frontier representatives and some Frequently Asked Questions about the current transition.

Frontier Communications representatives will meet with customers at upcoming outreach events:

  • Sun City Chamber Event – Wednesday, June 22, 2016, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at 1651 Sun City Center Plaza, Sun City Center, FL 33573;
  • St. Pete Pride Festival – Sunday, June 26, 2016, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.; and
  • Sun City Chamber Event – Wednesday, June 29, 2016, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at 1651 Sun City Center Plaza, Sun City Center, FL 33573

Frontier also has a special customer care number for Florida residential and business customers:
1-888-457-4110 (7 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST for residential customers and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. for business customers).
