The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at its Tuesday, February 3, Commission Conference:
ITEM 2-3: Docket Nos. 140142 and 140244-EM – Petitions for declaratory statements from the Board of County Commissioners, Indian River County on the Vero Beach electric service franchise agreement expiration and from the City of Vero Beach on the effect of the Commission's orders approving territorial agreements in Indian River County. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on the County Commissioners’ and City of Vero Beach’s petitions for declaratory statements and other issues concerning the franchise agreement. ITEM 5: Docket No. 140196-EG – Petition for approval of conservation demonstration and development program extension, by Associated Gas Distributors of Florida. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on the company’s petition to extend the Commission-approved conservation demonstration and development program for five years. ITEM 6: Docket No. 140232-EI – Petition for approval of revised lighting tariff by Tampa Electric Company. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on TECO’s petition to offer only light emitting diode (LED) technology to new outdoor lighting customers and add nine new LED fixtures to the current tariff.
