ITEM 3: DOCKET NO. 070011-EI – PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO RULE 25-6.0143, F.A.C., USE OF ACCUMULATED PROVISION ACCOUNTS 228.1, 228.2, and 228.4, (STORM ACCOUNTING RULE). The Commission will consider a staff recommendation proposing a rule amendment to establish a single, uniform methodology for determining which storm damage restoration costs can appropriately be charged to Account 228.1, Accumulated Provision for Property Insurance.
ITEM 4: DOCKET NO. 070150-TL – INVESTIGATION AND DETERMINATION OF APPROPRIATE METHOD FOR ISSUING TIME-OUT-OF-SERVICE CREDITS TO ALL AFFECTED CUSTOMERS OF VERIZON FLORIDA LLC. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation to accept Verizon’s proposal to issue a refund to affected customers beginning with the first billing cycle in April 2007, for failing to issue automatic rebates to customers who experienced out-of-service conditions for more than 24 hours, as required by Rule 25-4.070(3)(a), F.A.C., from June 1, 2005, through February 7, 2007.
