The staff of the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct a customer meeting on Wednesday, May 23, 2007, for customers of Crystal Lake Club Utilities (Crystal Lake). Crystal Lake is a water and wastewater utility providing service to approximately 520 customers in Highlands County and has applied for an increase in rates. The utility’s last rate case was conducted in 1994.
The meeting provides customers an opportunity to comment on the proposed rate increases and any quality-of-service issues relevant to the utility. Customers are invited to attend the meeting at the following time and location:
