FPSC Assists Seniors in the Tallahassee Area During National Consumer Protection Week


TALLAHASSEE — Florida’s Public Service Commission (PSC) is showing seniors in the Tallahassee area how to save money during the 10th annual National Consumer Protection Week, March 2-8, 2008. Financial Literacy: A Sound Investment is this year’s theme, and PSC representatives will visit area senior centers to share tips on how to lower residential utility bills.

Representatives from the PSC will be at the following locations in the Tallahassee region to talk about how consumers can make a sound investment, helping their pocketbook and the environment, by conserving energy and water resources.

The PSC’s outreach teams will be at the following senior centers in the Tallahassee region at the listed times and locations:

Monday, March 3, 2008
