PSC Chairman and Clearwater Mayor to Teach Children How to Conserve Energy for Earth Day


TALLAHASSEE — Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) Chairman Matthew M. Carter II and City of Clearwater Mayor Frank V. Hibbard will share energy-saving tips and ways students can help their parents save money on utility bills in an Earth Day celebration at Plumb Elementary School.

The PSC’s play, Turn It On; Turn It Off, will be performed by St. Petersburg’s Southside Fundamental Middle School in conjunction with St. Petersburg’s American Stage Theatre Company.

Media are invited to attend the performance at the following time and location:

Attending media should check in at the school’s office for a visitor’s badge and directions to the performance.
