Florida Public Service Commission Considers Items of Interest at Upcoming Agenda Conference


TALLAHASSEE — The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at the Tuesday, March 3, Agenda Conference:

ITEM 7: Docket No. 080680-TLNotice of election of price regulation by Frontier Communications of the South, LLC.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing Frontier’s election to move from rate-of-return regulation to price regulation.

ITEM 10: Docket 000121A-TPInvestigation into the establishment of operations support systems permanent performance measures for incumbent local exchange telecommunications companies (AT&T Florida Track).  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing the results of a December audit and the recommended disposition of issues currently held in abeyance.

ITEM 11: Docket No. 080665-EI - Petition of Florida Power & Light Company for approval of long-term agreement for full requirements electric service with Lee County Electric Cooperative.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on a large, long-term wholesale sales agreement.
