Florida Public Service Commission Considers Items of Interest at Upcoming Agenda Conference


TALLAHASSEE — The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at the Tuesday, March 17, Agenda Conference:

ITEM 6: Docket No. 090001-EIFuel and purchased power cost recovery clause with generating performance incentive factor.  The Commission will address a staff recommendation on a mid-course correction on recovery of Progress Energy Florida, Inc.’s fuel, purchased power, and capacity costs.

ITEM 7: Docket No. 090001-EIFuel and purchased power cost recovery clause with generating performance incentive factor.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on a mid-course correction to Florida Public Utility Company’s fuel and purchased power recovery for its Northeast division.

ITEM 9: Docket No. 080317-EIPetition for rate increase by Tampa Electric Company (TECO).  The Commission will address a staff recommendation on TECO’s request for a base rate increase.
