Florida Public Service Commission Considers Items of Interest at Upcoming Agenda Conference


TALLAHASSEE — The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at the Tuesday, June 2, Agenda Conference:

ITEM 6: Docket No. 090006-WSAnnual reestablishment of authorized range of return on common equity for water and wastewater utilities pursuant to Section 367.081(4)(f), F.S.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation establishing a cost of equity formula for water and wastewater utilities to be used for the next 12 months.

ITEM 7: Docket No. 080249-WSApplication for increase in water and wastewater rates in Pasco County by Labrador Utilities, Inc.  The Commission will address a staff recommendation on final proposed rates for the company’s customer rate classes.
