The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at the Tuesday, October 6, 2009 Agenda Conference:
ITEM 3: Docket No. 060476-TL – Petition to initiate rulemaking to amend Rules 25-24.630(1) and 25-4.516(1), F.A.C. by BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on pay telephone rate caps.
ITEM 5: Docket No. 090122-EG – Petition for approval of modifications to approved energy conservation programs, by Associated Gas Distributors of Florida. The Commission will address a petition to add a conservation demonstration and development program for the seven investor-owned natural gas utilities in the association.
ITEM 6: Docket No. 090162-EQ – Petition for approval of amended standard offer contract and retirement of COG-2 rate schedule, by Progress Energy Florida. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on an amended standard offer contract offered by Progress Energy Florida to renewable energy providers.
ITEM 7: Docket No. 090172-EI – Petition to determine need for Florida EnergySecure Pipeline by Florida Power & Light Company. The Commission will consider a determination of need petition from Florida Power & Light to construct a 280-mile natural gas pipeline.
