Florida Public Service Commission Considers Items of Interest at Upcoming Agenda Conference


TALLAHASSEE — The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at the Tuesday, January 26, 2010 Agenda Conference:

ITEM 3: Docket No. 090461-TLPetition for modification of Service Guarantee Program by BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. d/b/a AT&T Florida.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing AT&T’s request to modify its current Service Guarantee Program.

ITEM 5: Docket No. 090505-EIReview of replacement fuel costs associated with the February 26, 2008, outage on Florida Power & Light's electrical system.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing a proposed resolution of issues put forth by the Office of Public Counsel, the Office of the Attorney General, and FPL.

ITEM 7: Docket No. 080695-WUApplication for general rate increase by Peoples Water Service Company of Florida, Inc.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing alternative rate schedules.

ITEM 9: Docket No. 090230-WUPetition for a staff assisted rate case by Camachee Cove Yacht Harbor Utility.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing a requested rate increase.
