Florida PSC Considers Items of Interest at Upcoming Commission Conference


TALLAHASSEE — The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at the Tuesday, April 5 Commission Conference:

ITEM 3:
Docket No. 100175-TL
Complaint against AT&T d/b/a BellSouth for alleged violations of various sections of Florida Administrative Code, Florida Statutes, and AT&T regulations pertaining to billing of charges and collection of charges, fees, and taxes.

Docket No. 100312-EIComplaint against Florida Power & Light Company for alleged violations of various sections of Florida Administrative Code, Florida Statutes, and FPL tariffs pertaining to billing of charges and collection of charges, fees, and taxes. 

The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing a Motion for Reconsideration.

ITEM 8: Docket No. 100149-WUApplication for increase in water rates in Lee County by Ni Florida, LLC.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing Ni Florida's requested final rates.
