Florida PSC Considers Items of Interest at Upcoming Commission Conference


TALLAHASSEE — The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at the Tuesday, August 9, Commission Conference:

ITEM 5: Docket No. 100126-WUApplication for increase in water rates in Marion County by C.F.A.T. H2O, Inc.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on a rate request for the utility providing water service to approximately 221 customers.

ITEM 6: Docket No. 100128-WUApplications for increase in water rates in Gulf County by Lighthouse Utilities Company, Inc.  The Commission will address a staff recommendation on a rate request for the utility providing water service to approximately 1,361 customers.

ITEM 7: Docket No. 100304-EUPetition to resolve territorial dispute with Gulf Power Company in Okaloosa County by Choctawhatchee Electric Cooperative, Inc.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on providing electric service to the planned Freedom Walk development.

ITEM 8: Docket No. 100426-WSApplication for increase in water and wastewater rates in Lake County by Lake Utility Services, Inc.  The Commission will address a staff recommendation on a rate request for the utility providing service to approximately 8,746 water and 2,827 wastewater customers in Lake County.
