The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) invites customers of Ni Florida, LLC (Ni Florida) to meetings on August 14 and 15 to discuss the utility’s rate increase application.
Customers can comment on Ni Florida’s proposed rates and any quality of service issues at the meetings. Ni Florida’s last approved wastewater rate increase was in 2010, and its last approved water rate increase was in 2011. Ni Florida provides water service to 743 customers in Lee County and provides wastewater service to 2,621 customers in Pasco County.
