TALLAHASSEE —
The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will hold a hearing on Wednesday to consider Florida Power & Light Company’s (FPL) need for its proposed Duval-Raven 230 kV transmission line.
In its filings, FPL indicated its proposed transmission line will extend from FPL’s existing Duval Substation in Duval County to FPL’s planned Raven Substation in Columbia County, running through Baker, Columbia, Duval, and Nassau counties. Evidence and testimony concerning the need will be presented and discussed at the hearing.
