The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at its Friday, May 9, Commission Conference:
ITEM 2: Docket No. 110013-TP – Request for submission of proposals for relay service for the deaf, hard of hearing, deaf/blind, or speech impaired, and other implementation matters, in compliance with the Florida Telecommunications Access System Act. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on approval of Florida Telecommunications Relay, Inc.’s 2014-2015 fiscal year budget and the current surcharge. ITEM 7: Docket No. 130171-WS – Application for approval of transfer of certain water and wastewater facilities and Certificate Nos. 507-W and 441-S of Aqua Utilities Florida, Inc. (Aqua) to The Woods Utility Company (The Woods) in Sumter County. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on Aqua’s application to transfer water and wastewater systems to The Woods. ITEM 14: Docket No. 140070-EI – Petition for approval of voluntary solar partnership pilot program and tariff, by Florida Power & Light Company. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on the utility’s voluntary solar partnership (VSP) pilot program and associated tariff designed to contribute to the construction and operation of solar generation facilities throughout FPL's service territory.
