The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will hold a Special Commission Conference on Tuesday, April 28, at 9:30 a.m. Commissioners will consider petitions from Duke Energy Florida, LLC; Florida Power & Light Company; Gulf Power Company; and Tampa Electric Company to credit customer bills to reflect lower fuel costs.
As Governor Ron DeSantis and Leon County have declared a state of emergency due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the PSC must limit on-site public participation at the Conference; therefore, no member of the public may attend in person.
Any interested person who would like to participate by telephone should contact the Office of General Counsel at 850-413-6199 no later than 12:00 p.m. on April 27, 2020. Interested persons may also file written comments in Docket 20200001. Written comments must be filed no later than 12:00 p.m. on April 27, 2020.
As always, the Commission Conference will be broadcast on the Florida Channel (check your local listing) and can be viewed on the PSC website.
The conference is scheduled for Tuesday, April 28, 2020, at 9:30 a.m.
