The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at its Thursday, April 16, Commission Conference:
ITEM 4: Docket No. 150001-EI – Fuel and purchased power cost recovery clause with generating performance incentive factor. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on Florida Power & Light Company's petition to reduce its 2015 fuel cost recovery factors and projected expenses. ITEM 5: Docket Nos. 150009-EI and 150001-EI – Nuclear cost recovery clause and fuel and purchased power cost recovery clause with generating performance incentive factor. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on Florida Industrial Power Users Group and Duke Energy Florida’s (DEF) petitions concerning the Settlement Agreement and collection of Levy Nuclear Project costs during DEF’s ongoing litigation. ITEM 8: Docket No. 150035-EI – Petition for approval of energy purchase agreements between Gulf Power Company and Gulf Coast Solar Center I, LLC, Gulf Coast Solar Center II, LLC, and Gulf Coast Solar Center III, LLC. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on Gulf Power’s petition for approval of cost recovery for three negotiated solar power purchase agreements.
