Items of Interest at Upcoming Florida PSC Commission Conference

TALLAHASSEE — The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at its Tuesday, July 21, Commission Conference:

ITEM 3: Docket No. 140107-PU – Petition for declaratory statement regarding discovery in dockets or proceedings affecting rates or cost of service processed with the Commission's proposed agency action procedure. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on the Office of Public Counsel’s Petition for Declaratory Statement in Docket No. 110200-WS, Application for increase in water rales in Franklin County by Water Management Services, Inc.

ITEMS 5-11: Docket Nos. 150081, 83, 85-89-EG – Petition for approval of demand-side management plans of TECO, Duke Energy, FPL, Gulf Power, JEA, Orlando Utilities Commission and FPUC. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on the utilities’ established annual numeric demand-side management (DSM) goals.

ITEM 24: Docket No. 150099-EI Petition for approval of revised net metering tariff and agreement adopting standard interconnection agreement terms for Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 renewable generator systems, by Tampa Electric Company.The Commission will address a staff recommendation on the utility’s petition to modify its Net Metering Tariff (NM-1) and on an associated new agreement for pre-existing customer-owned renewable generation systems installed by the property owner.
