ITEM 3: DOCKET NO. 060243-EI – PROPOSED REVISIONS TO RULE
25-6.044, F.A.C., CONTINUITY OF SERVICE, AND RULE 25-6.045, F.A.C., ANNUAL DISTRIBUTION SERVICE RELIABILITY
REPORT. The
Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing proposed rule revisions regarding outage exclusion
data.
ITEM 9: DOCKET NO. 060373-TI – COMPLIANCE INVESTIGATION OF
MERCURY TELCO GROUP, INC, FOR APPARENT VIOLATION OF RULE 25-24.475, F.A.C.,
COMPANY OPERATIONS AND
CUSTOMER RELATIONS. The
Commission will take up a staff recommendation on whether to impose a penalty
of $10,000 per apparent rule violation upon Mercury Telco Group for its
apparent failure to respond to Commission inquiries regarding eight customer
complaints.
ITEM 12: DOCKET NO. 060048-EG – PETITION FOR APPROVAL OF
MODIFICATIONS TO DEMAND-SIDE
MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS BY PROGRESS ENERGY FLORIDA, INC. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on
whether to approve changes to five of Progress Energy’s Demand Side Management
(DSM) programs.

– PETITION FOR APPROVAL OF REVISIONS TO RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL
HEATING, VENTILATING, AND AIR CONDITIONING PROGRAMS BY FLORIDA POWER &
LIGHT COMPANY. The
Commission will take up a staff recommendation on whether to approve changes to
Florida Power & Light’s residential and commercial demand side management
programs.
