Items of Interest at Upcoming Florida PSC Commission Conference

TALLAHASSEE — The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at its Thursday, August 27, Commission Conference:

ITEM 2: Docket No. 140107-PUPetition for declaratory statement regarding discovery in dockets or proceedings affecting rates or cost of service processed with the PSC's proposed agency action procedure. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on the Office of Public Counsel’s Petition for Declaratory Statement in Docket No. 110200-WS, Application for increase in water rales in Franklin County by Water Management Services, Inc.

ITEM 5: Docket No. 150158-TX Initiation of show cause proceedings against Sun-Tel USA, Inc. for apparent violation of Section 364.335(2), F.S., (Application for Certificate of Authority), Section 364.183(1), F.S., (Access to Company Records), Rule 25-4.0665(20), F.A.C., (Lifeline Service), and Rule 25-4.0051, F.A.C., (Current Certificate Holder Information). The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on Sun-Tel's Florida Statute and Florida Administrative Code violations and associated penalties.

ITEM 10: Docket No. 150116-GUPetition for approval of safety, access, and facility enhancement program and associated cost recovery methodology, by Florida City Gas. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on the utility’s petition for approval of its 10-year safety, access, and facility enhancement (SAFE) program, designed to improve gas pipe safety and reliability, and the associated surcharge.
