TALLAHASSEE —
The staff of the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct a customer meeting on Thursday, November 2, 2006, for customers of Labrador Utilities, Inc. (Labrador). Labrador is a water and wastewater utility serving approximately 903 water and 896 wastewater customers in Pasco County and has applied for an increase in rates. The utility’s last rate case was in 2004.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide customers an opportunity to comment on the proposed rate increases and any quality-of-service issues relevant to the utility. Customers are invited to attend the meeting at the following time and location:
