TALLAHASSEE —
The staff of the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct a public meeting on Wednesday, February 28, 2007, for customers of Useppa Island Utility, Inc. (Useppa). Useppa is a water and wastewater utility serving approximately 151 water and 145 wastewater customers in Lee County and has applied for an increase in rates. The utility’s last rate case was in 1997.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide customers an opportunity to comment on the proposed rate increases and any quality-of-service issues relevant to the utility. Customers are invited to attend the meeting at the following time and location:
