TALLAHASSEE —
The staff of the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct a public meeting on Wednesday, April 4, 2007, for customers of Del Tura Utilities (Del Tura). Del Tura is a wastewater utility providing service to approximately 1,279 residential customers within the Del Tura Development in Lee County. Del Tura and North Ft. Myers Utility, Inc. (NFMU) have applied for authority to transfer Del Tura’s facilities to NFMU and charge the customers of Del Tura the approved rates and charges of NFMU.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide customers an opportunity to comment on NFMU’s application for transfer and its authority to charge the customers of Del Tura its authorized rates and charges. Customers are invited to attend the meeting at the following time and location:
