TALLAHASSEE —
The staff of the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct a public meeting on Wednesday, May 2, 2007, for customers of Utilities, Inc. of Sandalhaven (Sandalhaven). Sandalhaven is a wastewater utility providing service to approximately 910 customers in Charlotte County and has applied for an increase in rates. The utility’s last rate case was in 2002.
The meeting provides customers an opportunity to comment on the proposed rate and charge increases and any quality-of-service issues relevant to the utility. Customers are invited to attend the meeting at the following time and location:
