The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at the December 18, 2007 Agenda Conference:
ITEM 3: DOCKET NO. 070674-EI – PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF RULE 25-6.065, F.A.C., INTERCONNECTION AND NET METERING OF CUSTOMER-OWNED RENEWABLE GENERATION. The PSC will consider a staff recommendation addressing proposed amendments to Rule 25-6.065, F.A.C. ITEM 9: DOCKET NO. 070580-WU – INITIATION OF SHOW CAUSE PROCEEDINGS AGAINST KINCAID HILLS WATER COMPANY IN ALACHUA COUNTY FOR VIOLATION OF RULE 25-30.110, F.A.C., RECORDS AND REPORTS; ANNUAL REPORTS; RULE 25-30.120, F.A.C., REGULATORY ASSESSMENT FEES; WATER AND WASTEWATER UTILITIES; AND ORDER PSC-04-0615-FOF-WU. The PSC will consider a staff recommendation addressing the company’s failure to file annual reports, pay regulatory assessment fees, and comply with a Commission order. The PSC is committed to making sure that Florida's consumers receive their electric, natural gas, telephone, water, and wastewater services in a safe, affordable, and reliable manner. The PSC exercises regulatory authority over utilities in the areas of rate base/economic regulation; competitive market oversight; and monitors safety, reliability, and service.
