Florida Public Service Commission Considers Items of Interest at Upcoming Agenda Conference

ITEM 8: DOCKET NO. 060638-EI – Petition for approval of storm cost recovery surcharge to recover costs associated with mandatory storm preparedness initiatives, by Florida Public Utilities Company. The PSC will consider a staff recommendation addressing FPUC's proposed three-year vegetation management cycle for main feeders and a six-year cycle for laterals (3/6 trimming cycle).

ITEM 9: DOCKET NO. 070645-EQ – Joint petition to amend negotiated contract for firm capacity and energy from qualifying facility between Florida Power Corporation d/b/a Progress Energy Florida, Inc. and Innovative Energy Group of Florida. The PSC will consider a staff recommendation addressing requests made by the parties for modifications to the previously approved contract between Progress Energy Florida, Inc. and Florida Biomass Energy Group, LLC.
