TALLAHASSEE —
Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) Chairman Matthew M. Carter II and City of Clearwater Mayor Frank V. Hibbard will share energy-saving tips and ways students can help their parents save money on utility bills in an Earth Day celebration at Plumb Elementary School.
The PSC’s play, Turn It On; Turn It Off, will be performed by St. Petersburg’s Southside Fundamental Middle School in conjunction with St. Petersburg’s American Stage Theatre Company.
