TALLAHASSEE —
The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct a customer service hearing on Monday, July 7, 2008, for customers of Aqua Utilities Florida, Inc. (Aqua). Aqua is a water and wastewater utility providing service to 82 systems in Alachua, Brevard, DeSoto, Highlands, Lake, Lee, Marion, Orange, Palm Beach, Pasco, Polk, Putnam, Seminole, Sumter, Volusia, and Washington counties and has applied for an increase in rates.
The service hearing allows customers to comment on the proposed rates and any quality-of-service issues relevant to the utility. Customers are invited to attend the hearing at the following time and location:
