TALLAHASSEE —
Florida's Public Service Commission (PSC) will hold a rulemaking workshop on Wednesday, September 10, 2008, to discuss a petition by several local exchange telecommunications companies. The companies are urging the Commission to adopt a new rule on streamlined regulation that, if met, would make a number of existing telecommunications rules no longer applicable to the companies. Those rules cover service quality, customer relations, and tariffs. Several repeals and revisions of existing rules will also be discussed.
The workshop is set for the following time and location:
Wednesday, September 10, 2008 9:30 a.m. Betty Easley Conference Center Joseph P.
