TALLAHASSEE —
The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct a customer meeting on Monday, March 30, 2009, for customers of Southlake Utilities, Inc. (Southlake). The utility provides service to approximately 2,321 water and 2,161 wastewater customers in Lake County and has applied for an increase in rates. This is Southlake’s first rate case before the Commission. Southlake’s rates were initially established in 1991.
The meeting allows customers to comment on the proposed rates and any quality-of-service issues relevant to the utility. Customers are invited to attend the meeting at the following time and location:
