TALLAHASSEE —
The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct a customer meeting on Wednesday, May 27, 2009, for customers of Alafaya Utilities, Inc. (Alafaya). The utility provides wastewater service to approximately 7,185 customers in Seminole County and has applied for an increase in rates. Alafaya’s last full rate case was in 2007.
The meeting allows customers to comment on the proposed rates and any quality-of-service issues relevant to the utility. Customers are invited to attend the meeting at the following time and location:
