The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct a customer meeting on Monday, October 5, 2009, for customers of Peoples Water Service Company of Florida, Inc. (Peoples). The utility provides water service to approximately 8,277 customers in Escambia County and has applied for a rate increase. This is Peoples first rate case before the Commission.
The meeting allows customers to comment on the proposed rates and any quality-of-service issues relevant to the utility. Customers are invited to attend the meeting at the following time and location:
