Commissioner David E. Klement and Ben A. “Steve” Stevens III will be sworn in Tuesday as Florida Public Service Commissioners. The ceremony begins at 9:30 a.m. at the Betty Easley Conference Center at the address below. The regularly scheduled Agenda Conference will follow at 11:00 a.m.
ITEM 2: Docket No. 080695-WU – Application for general rate increase by Peoples Water Service Company of Florida, Inc. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on a rate increase request.
ITEM 3: Docket No 070231-EI – Petition for approval of 2007 revisions to underground residential and commercial distribution tariff, by Florida Power & Light Company. Docket No. 080244-EI – Petition for approval of underground conversion tariff revisions, by Florida Power & Light Company. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on suspending tariffs while the PSC staff reviews a proposed settlement.
