The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at the Tuesday, July 13, 2010 Agenda Conference:
ITEM 6: Docket No. 090245-TP – Petition for limited designation as eligible telecommunications carrier (ETC) by Virgin Mobile USA, L.P. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on the dismissal of a petition for administrative hearing by Lloyd Moore, Gracie Fowler, and Organize Now. ITEM 9: Docket No. 090507-TP – Petition for designation as eligible telecommunications carrier (ETC) by T-Mobile South LLC. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on designating T-Mobile South as an ETC in non-rural areas of Florida, making it eligible to receive High-Cost and Low-Income support from the Federal Universal Service Fund. ITEM 10: Docket No. 090510-TP – Petition for designation as eligible telecommunications carrier (ETC) by T-Mobile South LLC. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on designating T-Mobile South as an ETC in rural areas of Florida, making it eligible to receive High-Cost and Low-Income support from the Federal Universal Service Fund.
