TALLAHASSEE —
The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct a customer meeting on Thursday, July 15, for customers of ARMA Water Service, LLC (ARMA). The utility has filed an application with the PSC for a certificate to provide water service in Marion County and for authority to begin billing its customers Commission-authorized rates, fees, and charges. ARMA has been providing water service to customers at no charge.
As part of the evaluation process for ARMA’s request, Commission staff will conduct a customer meeting to allow customer feedback about ARMA and the rate setting process. Customer comments, written and oral, will be taken into consideration when the Commission reaches a decision. The meeting is set for the following time and location:
