New Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) Commissioners Art Graham and Ronald A. Brisé will join Chairman Nancy Argenziano and Commissioners Lisa Polak Edgar and Nathan A. Skop at the Tuesday, August 3 Agenda Conference to complete the five member panel. Commissioner Brisé will hold an investiture ceremony on Tuesday, August 17 before the scheduled Agenda Conference.
The following item is among those scheduled for consideration by the PSC at the August 3 Agenda Conference: ITEM 5: Docket No. 090462-WS – Application for Increase in Water and Wastewater Rates in Marion, Orange, Pasco, Pinellas, and Seminole Counties by Utilities, Inc. of Florida (UIF). The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing UIF’s application for a rate increase.
