TALLAHASSEE — The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Commission at the October 4, 2005, Agenda Conference. ITEM 8 – DOCKET NO. 050003-GU – PURCHASED GAS ADJUSTMENT TRUE-UP PETITION FOR APPROVAL OF MID-COURSE CORECTION TO PGA CAP BY FLORIDA PUBLIC UTILITIES COMPANY. The Commission will review a staff recommendation based on a petition from the company seeking a mid-course adjustment for its product based on rising natural gas prices, weak supplies, and the impacts of Hurricane Katrina. ITEM 9 – DOCKET NO. 050003-GU – PURCHASED GAS ADJUSTMENT TRUE-UP PETITION FOR APPROVAL OF MID-COURSE CORECTION TO PGA CAP BY PEOPLES GAS SYSTEM. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation based on a petition from the company seeking a mid-course adjustment for its product based on rising natural gas prices, weak supplies, and the impacts of Hurricane Katrina. ITEM 10 – DOCKET NO. 041441-GU – PETITION FOR APPROVAL OF STORM COST RECOVERY CLAUSE BY FLORIDA PUBLIC UTILITIES COMPANY. The Commission will consider a series of staff-recommended adjustments to the company’s request to recover $860,000 in damages it contends were incurred during the 2004 hurricane season. ### |
