Florida PSC Considers Items of Interest at Upcoming Commission Conference

ITEM 11:
Docket No. 080677-EI – Petition for increase in rates by Florida Power & Light Company.
Docket No. 090130-EI – 2009 depreciation and dismantlement study by Florida Power & Light Company.
The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing Mr. Saporito’s petition and a proposed settlement agreement to resolve outstanding matters in both dockets.

ITEM 16: Docket No. 090531-WS – Application for staff-assisted rate case in Highlands County by Lake Placid Utilities, Inc.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing the Utility’s initial filing as well as the matters raised during the informal meeting.

ITEM 18: Docket No. 100104-WU – Application for increase in water rates in Franklin County by Water Management Services, Inc.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing the Utility’s requested final rates.

ITEM 19: Docket No. 090478-WS – Application for Original Certificates for Proposed Water and Wastewater Systems, in Hernando and Pasco Counties, and Request for Initial Rates and Charges, by Skyland Utilities, LLC.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation  addressing whether to grant or deny Skyland’s application for original certificates.
