Florida PSC Considers Items of Interest at Upcoming Commission Conference

ITEM 3: Docket No. 090505-EI – Review of replacement fuel costs associated with the February 26, 2008 outage on Florida Power & Light Company’s electrical system.  The Commission will address a staff recommendation on the company’s petition to reconsider the PSC’s order approving a refund to customers.

ITEM 4: Docket No. 100459-EI – Petition to implement a demonstration project for proposed time-of-use and interruptible rate schedules and corresponding fuel rates in the Northwest Division by Florida Public Utilities Company.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on rates proposed by the company.
