TALLAHASSEE —
Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) Chairman Art Graham will invite fellow Commissioners on Tuesday to join him in an energy and water Conservation Destination Challenge to kick off National Consumer Protection Week (March 6-12).
After Chairman Graham’s challenge, the following items are among those scheduled for consideration at the Tuesday, March 8 Commission Conference: ITEM 3: Docket No. 100027-TL – Investigation and determination of appropriate method for refunding apparent rebates not provided by Quincy Telephone Company d/b/a TDS Telecom/Quincy Telephone as required by rule and/or tariff. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on a refund proposal by the company. ITEM 4: Docket No. 110030-EI – Petition for approval of revisions to Tariff Sheets and approval of an original Tariff Sheet in Rate Schedule LS-1, Lighting Service by Progress Energy Florida, Inc. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on changes to the company’s charges for outdoor lighting. The Commission Conference is scheduled for the following time and location:
