TALLAHASSEE —
The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct a service hearing on Monday, September 12, for customers of Aqua Utilities Florida, Inc. (AUF). This is one of 10 service hearings being held in AUF’s service territory.
On March 13, the PSC issued a proposed agency action order granting AUF $2.6 million of the utility’s requested $4.1 million rate increase. The Commission’s order was protested by intervenors in the case. As a result, the PSC will now be holding customer service hearings to allow customers to comment on AUF’s quality of service and its requested rates. Customers are invited to attend the meeting at the following date, time, and location: Monday, September 12, 2011 1:00 p.m. Alachua County Health Department Auditorium 224 SE 24th Street Gainesville, Florida For additional information, visit www.floridapsc.com.
