Customer Hearings Set for Alltel Florida, Inc. |
|
|
TALLAHASSEE — The members and staff of the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct two customer hearings to provide customers of Alltel Florida, Inc. (Alltel) an opportunity to comment regarding a proposed decrease in intrastate switched access rates and an increase in basic residential and business rates in a revenue neutral manner. The PSC is particularly interested in consumer testimony on whether, and to what extent, there is competition in the area for basic local telephone service and what types of competition the consumer would like to see.
Residential and small business customers of Alltel are invited to attend the meetings, which will be held at the following times and locations: Monday, November 28, 2005 11:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.
