TALLAHASSEE —
The staff of the Florida Public Service
Commission (PSC) will conduct a customer meeting on Thursday, April 15, 2004 to
accept comments from consumers and other interested parties about a proposed
rate increase submitted by Bayside Utility Services, Inc. (Bayside or
utility). In addition, this meeting will provide the utility’s customers with
an opportunity to comment about service quality issues or other matters relevant
to Bayside.
Bayside
provides water and wastewater service to approximately 287 customers in Bay County.

an average monthly consumption of 4,000 gallons, the utility has asked to

being included for discussion purposes. Ultimately, the Commission-approved
rates will be based on staff’s investigation and information obtained during
the customer meeting.
