Customer Meeting Set for Regency Utilities, Inc.

Customers can comment on Regency’s proposed rates and any quality of service issues at the meeting.  Regency’s rates were established in 2008 when the utility was certified to begin service.  Regency provides service to more than 130 water and 120 wastewater customers in Duval County.
