TALLAHASSEE —
Florida’s Public Service Commission (PSC) will hold a hearing, beginning Tuesday, October 23, on Qwest Communications Company’s (QCC) complaint against several telecommunications companies about intrastate switched access services.

Intrastate switched access service enables wholesale customers, such as interexchange companies, to complete end-user intrastate long-distance calls. The hearing is set for the following time and location: Tuesday, October 23 through Thursday, October 25, 2012 Beginning each day at 9:30 a.m. Betty Easley Conference Center Joseph P.
