Customer Meeting Set for Dixie Groves Utility Company |
|

TALLAHASSEE — Staff of the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct a customer meeting to provide customers with an opportunity to comment regarding Dixie Groves Utility Company’s (Dixie Groves) application for a staff-assisted rate case. The PSC will consider the utility’s quality of service and cost of providing service in reaching their decision. Customer comments are an integral part of the process. Dixie Groves, a water utility operating in western Pasco County, provides service to approximately 338 customers. Based on average residential consumption of 3,100 gallons, the average monthly bill is currently $13.92 for residential customers. The average monthly bill would be $19.83 (base facility charge plus gallonage charge) using preliminary proposed rates.
